Family with Young Children
Bed is nice, rooms are comfortable but to our disappointment, we were put into a room with a nearby renovation work ongoing. I immediately called the concierge who was kind enough to ask people to stop and send us some pastries as a compliment, but still we could not sleep anymore. ...read more

Hotel nestle in the heart of Frankfurt. Wonderful hotel with vintage cars in lobby makes this a perfect place to stay and enjoy Frankfurt.

Hotel did not assign two bedded rooms to customers. For a two bedded room, we were charged an additional 40 Euro ($50). The room was not measurably larger or different than the one bedded room so this appears nothing more than a way to bait and switch customers for more money. Staff was not about to set aside the extra fee even as a courtesy, though the hotel was quite literally empty on the night we stayed. Great central location next to the pedestrian shopping street, few blocks to the old Frankfurt area. Top hotel quality, no noise, very nice gym and pool area.
